- Downloadable e-books: You can buy and download all or any of our pocketbooks for your own personal use at www.ePocketbooks.co.uk. Costing £8.99 each, they are in PDF format and are suitable for PCs, laptops, iPads, Macs and other tablets running Windows, Mac OSX and Android operating systems. The following e-Pocketbooks are also available from leading e-book retailers including Amazon’s Kindle Store, Apple’s iBookstore and Kobo:

- Subscription: you can purchase an annual subscription to access all or some of our Pocketbooks. This option (described here) is particularly relevant to organisations looking to make learning and development resources available to a wide number of people. Individual user subscriptions are also available. Access to our online library of ePocketbooks is via our Learning Portal but corporate subscribers can also elect to ‘host’ our eLibrary on their own LMS or virtual learning network.
You can pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Amex) or cheque. If buying ebooks you will need a PayPal account (it takes minutes to set one up if you don't already have one).
Can I return the books if they are not suitable?
Yes, we have a refund policy.We cannot, however, accept ebook returns.
Do I get a discount if I order several books?
Yes, we offer good discounts when you order 10 or more books at one time. See discounts & offers.Does not apply to ebooks.
Will I incur delivery charges?
Yes, the rates are set out here: delivery. Downloads from our ebook website do not incur delivery charges.
How long will the books take to reach me?
For UK deliveries, expect to receive your books within five working days. For overseas deliveries, see delivery or contact us.
I need the books in a hurry. What do I do?
Discuss with us ( contact us) the options for express delivery, UK and overseas. You tell us when you need the books and we will let you know how much it will cost before processing your order. The earlier in the day you place your order, the faster you are likely to receive your books. In particular, avoid ordering late on a Friday. But, whenever you place your order we will do our best to get the books to you when you need them.
What if my books don't arrive?
Contact us at any time if you are concerned about your order. We will despatch your books promptly but delays can occur further down the line, outside of our control.
What if I receive the wrong book?
Oops! Occasionally this happens. Contact us and we'll put the matter right immediately without you incurring any extra cost.
