I need the books in a hurry. What do I do?
Discuss with us (contact us) the options for express delivery, UK and overseas. You tell us when you need the books and we will let you know how much it will cost before processing your order. The earlier in the day you place your order, the faster you are likely to receive your books. In particular, avoid ordering late on a Friday. But, when ever you place your order we will do our best to get the books to you when you need them.
What if my books don't arrive?
Contact us at any time if you are concerned about your order. We will despatch your books promptly but delays can occur further down the line, outside of our control.
